ABOUT ME

 

I have been a Professional Model Maker for 38 years. 
 

At the age of 17, I started to working as an Apprentice Model Maker at a company called Space Models, based in Feltham. After a couple years, I was promoted to ‘Model Maker’ and then to ‘Senior Model Maker’. I was involved in all areas of production including modification, repair and upgrading of models. After Space Models went into receivership in October 2007, I moved my experience and skills to a new company. 
 

In November 2007, I started working at The leading Model Making Company, a privately owned company specialising in the manufacturing of high quality, bespoke scale models. I worked with a specialised dedicated team of individuals. My new role combined all duties undertaken in my previous workplace and extended my knowledge in new processes and materials.
